Ammeraal Beltech Modular has a wide variety of Modular Belts and Slat Top Chains that are successfully used in the Beverage industry that we have served for more than 35 years.
We have developed new, innovative products for the beverage industry. We have top surfaces on our belts that are made for 5 point PET-bottles, Can accumulation, Cans conveyed upside down, etc.

A beverage application currently using uni products is in the Plastic Bottling Industry.
The conveyor design is an accumulation table using uni LF-M-SNB-M3 modular belting. The product being conveyed is filled water plastic bottles (PET bottles), more information on M-SNB M3.
The main advantages of using the uni LF-M-SNB-M3 belt for PET bottle applications are:
- Exceptionally flat surface for transferring motion-sensitive PET bottles
- Heavy duty edges for increased wear resistance in lateral transfer applications
- LF material matches existing chain friction requirements, ensuring consistent bottle flow and accumulation
- Relieved underside profile designed for smooth operation with nose bars and transfer rollers
- Open design allows for cleanability, drainage, and airflow during operation as well as maintenance
Ammeraal Beltech Modular has also developed special designed chains for handling glass bottles. The SuperFlex system is available in both plastic and stainless steel chains. |
